⧠ How old do I need to be rent from you?
You must be 25 years of age or older.

⧠ Is there a nightly minimum to book a rental?
Yes, a minimum of 2 nights is required to book one of our rentals.

⧠ Is there a nightly maximum limit for booking a rental?
Yes, a maximum of 29 nights is the limit to book one of our rentals.

⧠ Are there weekly and monthly discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount for 3+ nights rentals, a 15% discount for 7+ nights rentals and a 20% discount for rentals up to 29 nights!

● Toiletries (Soaps, Toothbrushes, Toothpastes, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper)
● Towels, Hand Towels + Wash Rags
● Bedding For Queen Bed

● Propane (40 lbs)
● Miniature Grill

⧠ Are your rentals pet friendly?
Yes, we allow pets but we do require a mandatory pet deposit ($250/per pet and 2 pets max), fully refundable, if the rental sustained no damages during the stay.

⧠ Are your rentals smoker-friendly?
No, we do not allow smoking in our rentals.

⧠ Can I book directly through you vs. a third party?
Yes, we are now booking directly!

⧠ What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
We can generally accommodate most times between 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM but times are also subject to the State Park, RV Park or Campground's rules.
